Delete Account

Use this page to request deletion of your RFX POS account and associated cloud data. Local data stored on your device can be cleared from the app’s Settings.

Before you proceed

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Cloud data (e.g., products, inventory, sales history) will be removed from our servers.
• Local device data must be cleared from within the app (Settings → Clear Data) or by uninstalling the app.

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request including the email used for your RFX POS account and an optional store name.
