1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RFX POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

3. Offline‑First Behavior

The Service provides offline functionality. Data created offline will sync when connectivity returns. You are responsible for ensuring at least periodic connectivity to back up your data to the cloud if you require cloud backups.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service (e.g., products, sales, inventory).
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activities.
• No reverse engineering, interfering with security features, or accessing systems without authorization.
• Observe applicable tax, privacy, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with services provided by third parties (e.g., Google, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid plans are offered, billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

8. Intellectual Property

• We and our licensors own all rights to the software, branding, and content of the Service except for your content.
• You may not use our marks or replicate the Service without prior written consent.

9. Feedback

You may submit feedback or suggestions. You grant us the right to use feedback without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RFX Studios and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having appropriate jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in‑app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
